Employees’ Views on the Use of Social Media Platforms at Work

Nowadays, no public or private organization in Bangladesh can function without the widespread adoption of social networking platforms. It has recently replaced in-person interactions and communication. Most modern organizations provide their employees with affordable Internet connections by PC, laptop, some other mobile devices, allowing them quick access to personal professional sites from both home work. There are many advantages using at work, but there also negatives. An organizational policy on use while job is a powerful management tool. This research aims learn more about how utilizing media work as well effects this behaviour. The hopes help implement policies that mutually agreeable management. A total 60 people variety occupations participated survey. Some primary ideas given paper for restricting freedom are: providing proper direction; teaching training security risks organization; enabling time-based access; etc.
